We’re currently scouting passionate, experienced and dedicated Rep Coaches for the 2026–2027 season. If you bring a love for the game and strong leadership skills, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact with the South Delta Storm on and off the ice.
As a Rep Level Head Coach, you will be responsible for all aspects of team development and season planning, while leading skill-based initiatives and administrative requirements in coordination with the SDMHA Rep Development Program. This is a paid position, with compensation based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver on- and off-ice development through practices and games each week
Foster strong, respectful relationships with players and their families
Promote a positive, inclusive, and professional team culture
Commit to the season from late August 2026 through March 2027
