Our Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 14th – 7:00pm at Beach Grove Golf Club.

In order to plan for next season, we would like to put a call out to anyone that is interested in joining the executive for next season. 

The following positions are up for election:

  • President

  • Treasurer

  • Director of Initiation

  • Director of Female

  • Director of Rep

  • Director of U11/U13 C

We ask that you submit an email to sdmha@telus.net stating your interest and what role you may be interested in.   We ask that anyone interested submit their name by Tuesday, May 7th.

If you are interested in volunteering with the association in another capacity, please let us know.

At the AGM, we will be approving the following updates to the SDMHA Constitution and Bylaws and voted on as per the following Special Resolutions.
