SDMHA is excited to announce that our annual Christmas tournament, “Party In Da House”, has officially been renamed the “Ken Elmer Memorial Tournament presented by Dueck Auto Group”, in honour of our late past president, Ken Elmer.

Ken and his wife Kellie dedicated their time and commitment to SDMHA as President, Secretary, division and team managers for the Storm and Delta Stars teams, along with coordinating Party In Da House. Even after their children were no longer in the association, they continued to step up as volunteers, directing the path our association would take and always ensuring that the well-being and enjoyment of the players was of the utmost importance. We believe that re-naming this tournament in Ken’s honour is our way of saying thank you to the Elmer family and to ensure Ken’s memory lives on, always entwined with South Delta Hockey.

We look forward to a new era of this annual event!
