Refer to the website for Open Ice availability. Email your request with a contact name, number, division and team name. It is based on a first come first serve basis. A team that has not received open ice will be given priority when more than one team request for the same ice.
Occasionally, I may call Rep coaches or Division managers for C teams based on the schedule they have provided. You will have 24 hours to contact me. If there is no response, I will call the next team.

Return Unused Ice:
If you are not able to use your ice time, please trade with another team (rep teams) or return it to your Division Manager (house teams) or to the Ice Scheduler. Please do this as soon as possible to ensure optimal use. A minimum of 72 hours notice is preferred. If your ice is reported as unused, request for available ice will not be entertained.
Conflict Games:
For a game designated as a conflict by PCAHA, the home team is responsible for rescheduling.
For Rep Teams: release your conflict game ice to Ice Scheduler. Ice Scheduler will provide a couple of ice times (if possible) for you to coordinate with the other team. Once an agreement is reached, contact Ice Scheduler to book Conflict game before final confirmation with opposing team. Please do this immediately when you receive your schedule.
For C Teams: Your Division manager will change your conflict game within the division. The Division manager can use applicable practice slot in exchange to cover the conflict game.
You cannot keep the conflict game slot for practice and expect another ice time in replacement.

Let the Ice Scheduler know if your team is interested in extra ice. Sometimes extra ice slots are available due to teams leaving for tournaments, or from Ringette.
